Not the weight that won't shift. Not the skin that keeps flaring. Not the behaviour that makes everyone around you question whether something is just... wrong with them.
Your animal's body is rebuilding itself every single day. When it gets stuck, it's not broken. It's asking for something it hasn't been given yet, and that's exactly what I find.
I'm Sofiia — Nutritional Therapist, Behavioural Therapist and Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist. I work with the root of what's happening in your animal's body, not just the symptom you can see.

She wakes you at 4am. She's hungry again. She's itchy, or grumpy, or just not herself and nobody has been able to tell you why. If you've tried the prescription diet and the expensive food and nothing has fully worked — there's a reason for that.

He steals food the second you turn away. His skin isn't right. His energy is all over the place or not there at all. You love him completely and you can't shake the feeling that his body is trying to tell you something nobody else is listening to.

You know your horse better than anyone. You can feel when something's off, even when the vet says everything looks fine. If you're watching her struggle with weight, hooves, moods or energy and you're quietly terrified it's heading somewhere worse — this is where we start.
You've done the research. You've tried the things. You've spent the money and sat in the waiting rooms and changed the food and followed the advice.
And your animal is still not fully themselves. You know it. You feel it. But you don't know what else to try, and the people you trusted haven't been able to tell you.
You're not wrong. You haven't missed something obvious. The reason nothing has fully worked is that nobody has looked at the whole picture yet — the food, the body, the behaviour, the environment, the emotional patterns running underneath all of it.
That's what I do.
Every symptom is a signal. Every imbalance has a starting point, and it's almost never where you can see it. When a horse gains weight despite a restricted diet, when a cat's anxiety comes back every spring, when a dog's skin never fully clears — these aren't mysteries. They're patterns. And patterns have roots.
I trained in three disciplines so I'd never have to look at just one part of the picture. Nutrition, behaviour and bodywork together give me a map of what's actually happening, not just what's presenting on the surface.
I've seen bodies that looked stuck for years find their way back. Because the body doesn't forget its blueprint. It just sometimes needs someone to help it remember.

The 1:1 coaching session is where most people begin. We map what's happening, why it's happening and what your animal's body actually needs. It's not a consultation. It's the moment things start to make sense.
The body shows us when something is wrong. When imbalances and injuries appear, they are never random — the body has been speaking, and the question is always whether we listened. This is true for us, and it is equally true for our beloved animals.
Everything is connected. You cannot separate one thing from another. If there are challenges somewhere in the body, they will show up, and they almost always started somewhere other than where the symptom appears.
The body is the key to well-being, joy of life, energy, performance, concentration and spark — all expressed through the physical. To live and function at full potential, a healthy body is not optional. This applies to every animal, and every human, without exception.
Life is changeable, and the body is always working to find its way back to its blueprint. Back to health, healing and well-being. The body's capacity for recovery is genuinely extraordinary — it heals from trauma, regenerates itself, and keeps reaching toward balance.
And yet challenges arise. They rarely come from a single cause. More often, several things accumulate until the body finally shows you something is wrong through symptoms or illness. Some are short-term. Some persist. And if something has been present for more than three months, the word "chronic" gets used.
Chronic, in my experience, does not exist.
The body is changeable. It changes constantly, for as long as it is alive on this planet. Which means nothing is permanent, and nothing is fixed.
What stagnation, deficiencies and persistent symptoms actually signal is that the body hasn't yet found what it needs to get back to its blueprint. It has become stuck. Not permanently — stuck.
In reality, it is often only a small number of changes that make the difference. The right changes, in the right places, give the body what it needs to begin working its way back.
If you are looking for that, I can help.
