Not in a dramatic way. Not in a way anyone else would necessarily notice. But you notice. You live with this animal, you know their body, you know their rhythms, and something has shifted — or something has never quite been right — and the answers you've been given so far haven't resolved it.
You've done everything you were supposed to do. The vet-recommended food. The specialist referrals. The behaviour programmes. The supplements. You've spent the money, made the changes, followed the advice.
And your animal is still not fully themselves.
That quiet, persistent feeling that there is a better answer? It's right. There is. And you finding your way to this page means your animal is closer to it than they've ever been.
It's the story of someone who refused to stop asking the question — until she found them.
I want to tell you about a moment I have never forgotten.
My dog had been put on a weight management diet by the vet. The recommended food. The right brand. The correct portions, weighed and measured every single day. And he was stealing food from the table.
Not because he was badly trained. Not because he was being difficult. He had never done this before. But he was desperate — hungry in a way that went beyond a missed meal. Genuinely, constantly, relentlessly hungry. And the more I paid attention, the more I noticed he was producing far more waste than before. His body wasn't absorbing the food. He was eating and starving for nutrition at the same time.
The vet-recommended diet food was making him worse.
My cat was the same. On prescription diet food, ravenous minutes after every meal, circling his bowl, never satisfied. My horse was cycling through challenge after challenge — behavioural difficulties, chronic physical issues, each one addressed and temporarily improved and then replaced by something else. A body perpetually out of balance no matter what I tried.
Three animals. Three different species. All telling me the same thing.
The approach everyone was recommending wasn't working. And I was the only one willing to say so.

A dog who starts stealing food he would never normally take is not being bad. He is communicating. A cat who circles his bowl in desperation immediately after eating is not greedy. He is showing you his body received almost nothing from what just went into it. A horse who moves through issue after issue despite correct feeding and expert care is not unlucky. She is showing you the foundation is still missing.
When I stopped asking "what do I do about this symptom" and started asking "why is this symptom here" — everything changed. Not just for my own animals. For every animal I have worked with since.
The excessive weight that won't shift. The behaviour that returns no matter what you do. The chronic challenges that cycle through, one replacing another. These are not problems. They are messages. And when you address what the body is actually communicating, something extraordinary happens.
The body begins to do what it was always designed to do. Heal itself.
I have seen cats who had been ravenous for years reach a healthy weight and finally feel satisfied within weeks. Dogs whose behaviour transformed completely once the physical discomfort driving it was addressed. Horses who went from constant challenge to consistent, joyful partnership — because someone finally listened to what they had been communicating all along.

I have been studying animals since I was six years old. Not because anyone told me to. Because I couldn't stop.
The way they communicate. The extraordinary subtlety of it. Two dogs of different breeds reading signals that are slightly different in each language, misunderstanding each other not out of aggression but because the dialect is different. The human standing between them, seeing nothing.
I saw it. I have always seen it.
Over the years I built a foundation that combines formal training with what I believe is the most irreplaceable education of all — real animals, real challenges, real results.
I trained as a Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist, learning how the body's deepest systems communicate, how trauma lives in tissue, and how to work with the body's own intelligence to create lasting change.
I trained as a Behavioural Therapist, understanding the neuroscience of behaviour, how nervous systems form patterns, and how those patterns can be gently, sustainably shifted.
I completed dog owner education and trained with a search and rescue team — because there is no classroom like working a dog in real conditions, with real consequences, under real pressure. That is where you truly learn what an animal is capable of, and what it needs.
I have worked with — I have genuinely lost count of how many — behaviourally challenging horses, dogs, and cats. Animals that other people had given up on. Animals that professionals said couldn't be helped.
That is where the real education lives. Not in the books, though the books matter. Not in the certificates, though the training matters. In the animal that keeps showing you, patiently and precisely, exactly what they need — if you are willing to put down your assumptions and actually look.
"I had tried three different vets and two different feeding plans. My horse was still struggling — with weight, with behaviour, with chronic physical challenges. Sofiia was the first person who actually looked at the whole picture. Within two months, my horse was already a different animal. The change still brings tears to my eyes."
- Kristine, Horse owner, Germany
"My dog had been on diet food for four months. He was stealing food, impossible to manage around mealtimes, and actually gaining weight. Sofiia explained why in the first conversation. Six weeks later — healthy weight, calm behaviour, a completely different dog."
- Sarah, Dog owner, Norway
"My cat had been ravenous and overweight despite prescription diet food for two years. Sofiia addressed the root cause — not the weight. My cat reached her healthy weight within twelve weeks and has been stable ever since. I wish I'd found Sofiia two years earlier."
- Anne, Cat owner, Sweden

You've arrived here because something in you already knows there's a better answer. That instinct is right.
I work with horse, dog, and cat owners across the world who have done everything right and whose animal is still not fully themselves. In one focused session, we look at the whole picture — the nutrition, the cellular environment, the behaviour, the nervous system, the emotional world of your animal — and we find what's actually been driving the challenge all along.
You walk away with clarity, a personalised path forward, and the certainty that you are finally moving in the right direction.
Nothing is chronic. Everything is changeable.
